Raising Leaders

Leadership starts with how you lead yourself.

Raising Leaders is a personal development and leadership program designed to help young people strengthen the skills they need to navigate life with greater confidence, self-awareness, and intention. As young people move toward adulthood, they face bigger decisions, greater independence, new expectations, and increasing responsibility for the direction of their lives. Raising Leaders gives them space to better understand themselves while developing practical tools they can use in school, relationships, future careers, and everyday life.

More Than a Title

We don’t define leadership by a position, title, or being the loudest person in the room. Raising Leaders introduces leadership as something that begins with how you show up for yourself and others: the choices you make, how you communicate, how you respond to challenges, the standards you hold for yourself, and your willingness to take responsibility for what comes next. The goal is to help young people recognize that they don’t have to wait until adulthood to begin developing the person they want to become.
