Every program is built around the same idea: practical tools, honest conversation, and a welcoming community. Funded by donors and partners, so cost is never a barrier.

01 · Monthly · Adults · Free

Self-Improvement Workshops

Once a month, we gather to work on one growth topic, communication, confidence, resilience, healthy habits, with practical exercises and an inspiring local guest speaker. Come once or come every month; every session stands on its own.

Who: adults, all backgrounds, no experience needed

When: one Saturday a month, 2 hours

Cost: free, including materials

02 · Quarterly · Two days

Goal Setting & Vision Board Events

A two-day event held each quarter. Day one is goal setting: reflect on the last 90 days and write SMART goals for the next 90. Day two is the vision board: map your aspirations visually, hear from a guest panel, and leave with a plan you can see.

Day 1: 90-day review + SMART goal writing

Day 2: vision boards, guest panel, community share-out

03 · For organizations

Group Coaching

Cohort-style coaching we bring to partner organizations and transitional living facilities. Twelve essential self-improvement topics, from goal setting to conflict resolution, delivered weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to fit your program.

Format: 12-topic curriculum, cohorts of 6–20

Cadence: weekly to monthly, your choice

For: nonprofits, schools, transitional facilities

04 · Ages 15–18

Teen Programs

Workshops and immersive summer retreats where teens build confidence, life skills, and real community. Girls’ and boys’ retreats run separately each summer, led by trained mentors in a safe, supportive setting.

Workshops: during the school year

Retreats: each summer, separate girls’ & boys’ sessions

Cost: free, donor-funded, parent info session included
